Greenwood Point is a beautiful neighborhood of 138 homes located on the shore of Lake Sammamish in Issaquah, Washington. Our small community has a gated neighborhood park with beach access, fire pit, forested walking trails, and has close access to shopping and businesses. We might be a little biased, but we truly believe that this is one of the greatest neighborhoods on the Eastside! Have questions about Greenwood Point?
